“Excellent Experience What I admire most about Al Ghaffar Travel is the personalized attention and exceptional customer care we received from the very first day I visited their office until our safe return to Karachi after our Umrah journey. I would like to convey my special thanks to Mr. Tariq Yaqoob and Ms. Mehwish for their continuous support, guidance, and assistance throughout the entire trip. Their dedication truly made our journey smooth and comfortable. What amazed and pleasantly surprised me even more was that, after our return to Karachi, they continued to follow up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the services and standards provided throughout our journey. Their commitment clearly goes beyond simply arranging a trip. Furthermore, as a beautiful gesture of affection and to strengthen their relationship with their customers, they even delivered a thoughtful gift to my mother at her residence. This kind gesture genuinely touched us and reflects the level of care they have for their customers. Definitely, Al Ghaffar Travel will be my first choice for my next Umrah journey, and I would highly recommend their services to others.”
