General Agency Terms
By engaging Al Ghaffar Travel (Pvt) Ltd for air ticketing, pilgrimage facilitation, hotel reservations, or ground transportation, clients agree to the contractual principles outlined herein.
1. Agency Capacity & IATA Regulations
Al Ghaffar Travel acts as an authorized IATA Passenger Sales Agent on behalf of airlines. All airline tickets are subject to the individual carrier's conditions of carriage, fare tariffs, and IATA resolutions. The airline remains solely responsible for flight performance, schedule adherence, and baggage transport.
2. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Ticket revalidations, date changes, route alterations, and cancellations are executed strictly according to airline tariff conditions. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded. Airline penalties, refund processing timelines, and administrative handling fees apply as stated at the time of issuance.
3. Pilgrimage Regulations (Hajj & Umrah)
Pilgrimage services are conducted under the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Pakistan) and the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Pilgrims must abide by all biometric, vaccination, and visa validity rules. Al Ghaffar Travel coordinates ground arrangements with licensed Saudi partners.
4. Consular & Visa Decisions
Al Ghaffar Travel provides professional documentary guidance only. Consulates, high commissions, and immigration departments retain complete and sole discretionary authority to approve, delay, or deny visa applications. No fee paid to consulates or for advisory services is refundable in the event of consular refusal.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with exclusive legal jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Karachi.
